In 2009, Art IT participated in a survey conducted by the consultancy firm Great Place to Work, which is based on evaluations with workers, who respond to an anonymous and voluntary questionnaire about organizational environment that details its best practices and benefits. Essentially, the objective is to assess the level of trust the workers have in the organization and and the quality of the relationships between leaders and subordinates.
