Challenge
The credit approval process was centralized, manual, time-consuming and with little traceability, which is why there was low assertiveness in credit release. The integration between legacy systems and new document validation platforms were key points for the project's success.
Solution
A multifunctional agile squad was allocated to design the entire customer journey, which went through validation and testing, for the implementation of the web workflow solution that uses microservices.
