Challenge

The growing demand for combined offers, which combine TV, landline, mobile phone and internet services, has driven a strong synergy between telecommunications operators. This project aimed exactly to offer products between different operators, facing three major challenges: managing a project with 3 different sponsors, integrating offers, products and services between operators and carrying out technological integration and UAT tests.

Solution

To face these challenges, we adopted a strategic approach focused on time-to-market and used the MPS.Br (F) methodology. This allowed us to efficiently manage the project with multiple sponsors, integrate offerings and services across operators, and perform UAT testing comprehensively and effectively.

Efficiency

in the delivery of offers between telecommunications operators, it enabled an integrated experience for customers.
