The institution, accredited by the Ministry of Education, offers Undergraduate courses in Medicine and Dentistry, as well as Postgraduate courses in Dentistry. Its teaching staff is made up of masters, doctors and post-doctors, with a number of doctors above the national average for higher education institutions. It is currently ranked among the ten best Higher Education Institutions in Brazil.
Challenge
Off-the-shelf software limits the use of different stakeholders and is not personalized for each business model, in addition to being costly.
Solution
We mapped all stakeholders who use the current system, such as: students, teachers, secretariat, coordination and IT. We held empathy sessions to understand users’ pains and desires, we researched other ultra-customizable and lower-cost solutions on the market. We test and validate options with stakeholders.
