About the customer
It is a renowned Brazilian beverage company. Part of the group is the largest global beer manufacturer, dominating around 69% of the Brazilian market. In addition to beers, it also produces soft drinks, energy drinks, juices, teas and water. With a prominent position, it is the 14th largest company by net revenue in Brazil.
Challenge
The leader in the beverage sector faced the challenge of measuring the average service time of loading and unloading cars in its distribution centers in near real time.
Solution
To address this need, we implemented a Big Data & Analytics solution that allowed for near real-time updates, given the complexity of converged systems and the large volume of data. We store data by date and time, considering only the most recent information from the last two hours. The structure was versioned, focusing only on new data, ensuring high performance and accurate application of KPI rules.
